Palette Studio Pro is licensed, not sold, for personal or professional use. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Free and Palette Pro access
The free tier includes the functionality identified in the app and may apply limits to saved palettes, extraction sizes, creative tools, themes, widget configurations, and export formats. Palette Pro unlocks eligible premium capabilities while StoreKit reports an active entitlement.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
Palette Pro may be offered through monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, trial availability, and localized terms are displayed by the App Store before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings. Access may continue through an applicable billing grace period reported by Apple.
Your images and content
You retain rights to images, palettes, code, design tokens, and visual exports you create. You are responsible for having permission to import, process, share, and export source material used with the app.
Exports and backups
Palette Studio Pro can create visual files, code files, design tokens, and backup archives. You are responsible for reviewing generated output, choosing appropriate destinations, and protecting exported files after they leave the app.
Color and accessibility guidance
Color conversions, names, CMYK approximations, harmony suggestions, and contrast results are computational aids. Confirm output against the color profiles, accessibility standards, displays, print conditions, brand requirements, and production tools that apply to your project.
Availability and changes
The app may change as iOS, devices, App Store services, and technical requirements evolve. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve local user data across updates and entitlement changes, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Palette Studio Pro is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The developer is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on generated color values, exports, unavailable services, or user-managed files.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when features, the business model, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
