Help with Palette Studio Pro
Start with the quick answers below. Palette Studio Pro is local-first, so most issues can be resolved directly on your device without an account or server-side support step.
Choose Photos, Camera, Files, Paste, or share an image from another app. Common image formats supported by iOS should work.
Try another extraction style or palette size, regenerate the result, then use the precision loupe to add exact colors.
Open Export inside the palette editor for visual and code formats. In Library, use the menu to import or export a .palettebackup archive.
Images stay on device. The optional diagnostics report excludes photos, filenames, colors, tags, clipboard content, and export files.
Common questions
Photo access is used only after you choose Photos so iOS can provide the selected image. The app analyzes that image on your device and does not upload it to a Palette server.
Camera access is needed only for the in-app Camera action. Captured images are analyzed locally in the same way as imported images.
Open an image in the palette editor and move the precision loupe across the source image. Add the sampled color as a new swatch or replace an existing one.
Open Settings, find the Palette Pro section, and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
The free tier includes core extraction, editing, contrast, saving, and PNG export with defined limits. Advanced extraction options, complete creative studios, professional formats, premium themes, and expanded widgets require Palette Pro.
Use the standard iOS Home Screen widget flow and choose Palette Studio Pro. The small widget can show a saved palette; Palette Pro unlocks more sizes and configurations.
Open Settings and choose Delete All Palette Data. This permanently removes local palettes, source thumbnails, and Recently Deleted items. Purchases are not affected.
Describe what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, your iPhone model, and iOS version. You may also attach the optional diagnostics report.
Include clear steps to reproduce the issue and your iOS version. Do not send private source images unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them.
